These terms apply when you use Essos CRM, which is run by Graabræk Data (org.nr. 938 746 346). By creating an account you agree to them.
Essos CRM is an online CRM for small businesses and organizations. We keep improving it and features may change; if we remove something important, we'll tell you in advance.
Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has access. Whoever creates a workspace is its owner and decides who gets access; everyone in a workspace must follow these terms.
Everything your organization puts in is yours. You can export it at any time and delete it whenever you like. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You're responsible for having the right to store the personal data you add — for example a lawful basis for keeping your customers' or supporters' contact details.
Don't use the service to send spam, store unlawful content or collect personal data without a lawful basis, and don't try to access other organizations' data, overload the service or get around its limits.
The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing page. Team and Business are fixed monthly prices, charged automatically to your card in advance through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing; your plan then lasts until the end of the period you've paid for, and part-periods aren't refunded. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, with regular backups, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. If the data is critical to you, keep your own export too.
You can delete your account or workspace at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
If we make significant changes, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before then.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes go to the Norwegian courts, unless mandatory consumer rules give you the right to use the courts where you live.
